Here for you and your wellbeing transformation
Jo M. Vogeli, PhD
I earned my PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and bring over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples facing acute and chronic illness, life transitions, and acute or chronic stress. I bring expertise in healthcare worker wellbeing, grief and trauma in the workplace, and working with teams looking to improve communication and engagement.
I provide evidence-based interventions for a variety of needs such as:
anxiety
grief and loss
acute and chronic health conditions (e.g., chronic pain, sleep problems, reproductive health, GI issues - IBS, Chron’s)
adjustment to new diagnosis
couples and marriage therapy

role transitions
regaining a sense of meaning and purpose at work and in life
navigating adverse professional events
For my own wellbeing, I dance hula, read many books with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on my lap, and ride my Peloton bike.
